Private Swim Coaching
Private Swim Coaching is available at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre, Pembrokeshire on a one-to-one basis. Your needs will be briefly asked prior to the session and the session will be tailored to your needs, technique or fitness based. Personal training sessions are bookable with Paul (07709454383) and the cost of £25 for 45mins payable to Haverfordwest Leisure centre in advance.
*NEW* Video Analysis for Swimming
We are now able to provide Video Analysis of your stroke using the latest version of "Dartfish Pro-Suite". Your technique will be filmed overwater and underwater for a period of approximately 10mins. You will then receive a DVD with a self-extracting programme that will allow you to view your stroke on your computer. Frame shots of key positions will allow you to see the potential improvements.
On our "Video Analysis & Coaching Course", we use the above package with the addition of spending time in lecture room format to discuss the stroke mechanics of freestyle. This is followed up with a another coaching session on skills and drills for freestyle.
All work is led by experienced swim coach specialist, Paul Dowey. The sessions are carried out in the new £8 million, 25m Haverfordwest Leisure Centre which boasts exceptional water clarity. All examples of his work can be viewed in "Tri Exercise" located across from the new leisure centre.
